Join us for a great evening of food, fellowship and fun with games and activities for all ages. There’s no cost; just bring yourself and a bag chair!

Join us for a fun, spiritually engaging weekend in the mountains of North Carolina near Brevard!

We will meet at TRB at 4 PM on Friday, Oct. 23rd, and we will return on Sunday, typically around 4:30 or 5 PM. Please bring money for 2 meal stops, one on the way to and one on the way back from camp.

All other meals for the weekend are provided. If your youth has particular dietary needs, please inform us ahead of time. We can share the menu plans with you and you can send food with your youth to supplement as needed. Let us know if you need to store any food in the refrigerator as we have limited space.

UPDATE: This event has been rescheduled for Sunday, Nov. 8th due to the possibility of inclement weather. The time has been changed to 1:30 - 4:30 PM as well due to the park closing at 5:00 PM.

Everyone is invited to a drop-in retirement celebration for Gail Carter honoring her 30 years of exceptional ministry to the children of Three Rivers Baptist Church. The celebration will be held at Saluda Shoals on Bush River Road at the Cattail Shelter on October 4th from 3-6 PM. Light refreshments will be served and a card basket will be provided. Hope to see you there!

Accommodations: Pritchell Economy Hotel Rooms – each room includes one twin and one double bed.

Cost for room plus 5 meals for two nights:

-          Triple occupancy w/ meals: $156.33

-          Double occupancy w/ meals: $186

-          Single occupancy w/ meals: $295

A $50 non-refundable online deposit is required to pre-register for the retreat. This deposit is due by October 30, 2026.
